Shoreline provides personalised care for its residents

It has been estimated that the Baby Boomer generation, those born between 1946 – 1964, will live 10 to 25 years longer than their parents. This is a result of advancement in medical technology as well as maintaining a more active, health-conscious lifestyle. With this in mind, Shoreline Sibaya will provide residents with top quality, personalised care, as well as ample facilities that will help each person maintain a healthy lifestyle. Residents will have exclusive access to the onsite care centre, called the MyCare Centre.

The MyCare Centre will provide personalised care plans that will be revised annually. These plans will help assist residents maintain their independence, ensure a great quality of life, as well as have access to a multi-disciplinary team of specialists. The care provided within the MyCare Centre ranges from companionship cleaning and laundry services, to changing a plaster and assisting with daily medication management. They also offer residents compassionate home-based care and easy living services.

Shoreline Sibaya is approaching care in a progressive manner. Through the promotion of healthy living and encouraging an active lifestyle, they hope to inject ‘life’ into each person’s daily routine.
