The Sibaya Coastal Precinct will be establishing a variety of nearby amenities, which will become available soon. You will be close to Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Netcare Umhlanga Private Hospital, Netcare Umhlanga Medical Centre, Gateway Private Hospital.
The estate will be secured with perimeter fencing, solid boundary or screen walls. All residents will also have access to an app that will operate on and off the estate, where they can call for assistance (medical or security) 24/7. All residents will enter and exit the estate via a secure biometric access system. All guests will need to sign in and out of the estate. There will be 24/7 guards within the estate, stationed at the gatehouse as well as within the control room observing the camera activity.

No, domestic workers may not reside on the estate (subject to Body Corporate rules and regulations). Residents will have access to cleaning services through the Care Centre, who will be stationed at the Care Centre onsite.
Once transfer has gone through, owners are welcome to make amendments using their preferred architect however, any and all alterations will be subject to both Body Corporate rules and also Tongaat Hulett Development approval processes.

Air conditioning will be installed in the living area and main bedroom in all units.
