It’s less than a month to go before we welcome the residents of Forest Way to their new homes at Shoreline Sibaya! 

Move-In Day is always a special occasion, and even more so when it’s the first group of residents to move into a new development. 

For the developers, Carmel Properties, the estate is a three-year dream that’s become a reality. “Shoreline Sibaya is better than we ever imagined” shares Wicus Jacobs, Director of Carmel Properties. 

“We pride ourselves on raising the bar in retirement living. Shoreline Sibaya is no exception – a beautiful estate coming to life” says Jacobs. 

Forest Way is the first set of residences to be completed in Phase 1 of construction. This will be followed by the completion of Ocean Square, planned for 30 March 2020, as well as the Care Centre and Community Centre scheduled to open on 30 March. 

Shoreline Sibaya has partnered with leading care provider for older people, TotalCare, who will provide an onsite presence for Shoreline’s Forest Way residents while the final touches to Shoreline’s Care Centre are completed. TotalCare has 20 years of experience behind them and are renowned specialists in assisted living, dementia care and frail care.

The Shoreline Sibaya team has also appointed an Estate Manager in the build-up to the arrival of Shoreline’s first residents. Particularly crucial, our Estate Manager will be on-site to assist residents with the move-in process.
