On Friday 7 February, a three-year dream came true for the developers of Shoreline Sibaya as they welcomed residents to their new homes on the over 50’s lifestyle estate.

The day was overcast and wet, but nothing could dampen the spirits of the Shoreline team and its new residents of Forest Way.

Forest Way is the first block of Shoreline Sibaya to be occupied, followed by Block A on 1 May, making the over-50s lifestyle estate home to 180 people.

“Collaboration between all stakeholders has got us to where we are today”, said Leigh-Anne Aitken. “It’s incredibly exciting to see residents enjoying their new home, soaking up the sunset and sea views.”
